I think this is probably the second review I’ve ever written, but I absolutely felt the need to do it for this place! I had a terrible experience at a dentist office years ago that made me afraid of dental work. I came to Germantown Cosmetic and Family Dentistry for the first time a couple of weeks ago after going years without seeing a dentist because of what happened previously. I saw Dr. Freeman and found out I had a couple of cavities that needed filling. I was dreading this, of course. But she listened to my concerns, and assured me that they would do everything possible to keep me comfortable during the filling. I felt totally validated when I left (which is very important to me) and super appreciative of the fact that she was so understanding and compassionate about my fear. I went in today to get the cavities filled, and it could not have gone better!! The drill didn’t hurt a bit, and she explained what she was doing step by step to calm my nerves. The receptionist and the assistants are also SO very kind! If you have dental anxiety, this is absolutely the place for you. I am so thrilled to have found a dentist that I will actually look forward to going to!
